3/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup rice malt syrup or add stevia to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
- Melt coconut oil in a sauce pan on gentle heat. Add cocoa and rice malt syrup/stevia. Wisk together until smooth.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour chocolate into tray and refrigerate until hard
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top. Cut into 10 bars and enjoy!
Option: Add nuts to chocolate mixture before it sets. Pour over salted pretzels for choc-coated prezels.
